Back Pain Problem Make You Insomnia?


Back pain is one of the most common problems to insomniacs. According to studies, average 8 out of 10 of us will experience lower back pain at some point in our lives. Nowadays, there are many factors cause us have back pain problems, such as: poor diets, wrong posture of sitting, standing and sleeping, overweight, and so on. Our joints and muscles are overloaded and cannot work through their strength. Sitting, standing, sleeping and bending with wrong postures will cause lower back pain.

There are few tips to prevent and relieve your back pain:
Tip 1: Check Your Mattress
You must ensure that your mattress is suitable for your situation. If you are sharing bed with other, you need to make sure that your mattress is bigger enough to both of you. You will not be crowded out, and you can have a comfortable sleeping posture when you are sleeping. If your mattress is too soft or too old, it may not give enough support to your back, so you will have back pain problem.

Tip 2: Check Your Pillow
You need to find out the sleeping posture that you prefer. If you prefer sleep on stomach, you need to choose a soft pillow. If you prefer sleep on your side, you need to choose a medium-soft pillow. If you prefer sleep on your back, you need to choose a firm pillow. You must need to ensure that you are using the right pillow for your needs, because pillow is important to support your neck in the midline.

Tip 3: Sleeping Position
If your sleeping position is incorrect, it will make your back pain problem become worse. If you sleep on your back, you need to put another pillow under your knees. If you sleep on your side, you need to put a pillow between your knees.
