Hi, I'm Stella Heong, from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Thanks to everyone who come to visit my blog. I was an insomniac last 2 years ago, while I was a Degree Student. My life is full of pressure. I cant fall asleep every night, but I did not know what is the reason. So, I used my sleeping to online or hang out to have drink with friends. After time to time, I found out my lifestyle is not healthy. I felt tired easily, loss motivation, hard to concentrate in day and moody. I cant have a good performance in daytime.

I do not want this happen in my life again!! So I started to find out the solution how to change my sleep habits. I found out some effective ways to help me run out from my bad lifestyle. Now I can sleep easily every night, and my lifestyle is improved as well.
